Lovely, quaint hotel , with really friendly , warm staff. Without asking, we were given an upgraded room and that was the theme for our stay - welcoming, relaxed and personable. I wouldn't recommend it for kids but for the solo traveller or couples, it's just perfect.

We camped in rosses point a few weeks ago and visited this beautiful restaurant. It has a lively , inviting atmosphere and beautiful views . Staff were attentive and friendly . Menu very good and varied , food top class . My daughter said the Iced matchas were the best 💚 I also want to mention how grateful I am to them for locating my handbag that I had left behind and paying it out to me without any hesitation. We had left for home when I discovered it was missing . A big thank you for this . We will be back and hopefully we get to stay in your accommodations in the future as I have no doubt it is fabulous. Thank you once again

From the moment we arrived at The Driftwood, we felt very welcome. The views of the sea while enjoying pre-dinner drinks were fantastic, and our dinner was delicious. Our room was stylish and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. We also appreciate your suggestions for wonderful places to visit. Thank you to all the staff at The Driftwood for making our visit to Sligo so memorable.

We stayed here on our first night in Ireland. The room, one of the sea view ones, was lovely and the bath was very relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening, good atmosphere and well cooked food. Breakfast was also good quality. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to stay or eat in this area of Sligo.

On a recent trip to Rosses point, we didn’t stay but took a chance we could get breakfast at the Driftwood. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The eggs Benedict were delicious and the coffee was so good. Berenice had served us and when we popped in later that evening hoping to get a table before heading home to Dublin, she was there again, still as warm and friendly as that morning. She looked after us promptly and with professionalism. The wings are gorgeous, the messe plate delicious and the monkfish and prawns gratin was something we’ll be coming back for. Thank you Berenice and all at the Driftwood.

Fabulous Food This modest hotel has darling rooms and superb food. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, the only negative. We were wowed by the food.
