It was a very cozy room with a great view. The hosts were extremely friendly and had helpful recommendations about things to do in the area and even in Auckland where we were going afterward. They did a very nice job of making my wife and I feel at home. The breakfast was also very tasty.

When we arrived it seems there was a mixup regarding our dog on the booking site. This was taken care of efficiently and quickly even though the downstairs room was already occupied. Everything was clean, classy and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Host was super-welcoming. Everything really clean and lots of character, could share the communal space (sitting room, kitchen if we had wanted to cook, etc.) and breakfast was amazing! Great view from our room balcony; we enjoyed drinking tea / coffee and just enjoying the view and the bird song.

Wonderful view , the room was amazing , all the meals were top class and the host has brilliant knowledge of history of areas in Rotorua.. Also took time of if their day to some us some amazing sites around Rotorua

Absolutely lovely B n B. Beautiful rooms and lovely house. Well maintained and extremely comfortable bed. The host was very enjoyable and breakfast was second to none. Highly recommend this B n B.

It was a special place with good view of geyser, lake and the spa. the place is very clean and comfortable
The breakfast was so nice...one of the best continental breakfast I ever had. The host is very nice and friendly.
