Pullman Rotorua

The room was spacious and very clean, including the bathroom which had a separate wet and dry area. There are many restaurants right outside, and a few Chinese restaurants nearby that are really good! Highly recommend.

The breakfast was great, with smoked salmon and omelets. The room was also very nice, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was quite spacious, which I liked. The front desk staff and most of the other employees were very friendly. The hotel restaurant had both excellent ingredients and skilled chefs. I ate there twice and was very satisfied with the food. However, the service from the restaurant staff was inconsistent, leading to vastly different dining experiences both times. Maybe it was just my luck, though. 🤔

The location is super central in Rotorua, making it convenient to get everywhere. However, the valet parking is ridiculously expensive at $59 a day – even more than in Wellington! The temporary parking spots right outside only allow for 5 minutes, and parking nearby is a hassle. You can park in the Pukuatua St car park, about a 10-minute walk away, for $1/hour. The breakfast was good; they even had a pot of pre-cooked sunny-side-up eggs, and the fried noodles were delicious. Our room was spacious with a great view, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plus it was well-equipped.

I actually found this place quite convenient, and if you're not driving, it's very accessible for getting around the city.

The hotel's location is excellent. While there's not much to complain about regarding the room facilities, the value for money is absolutely outstanding. I hope to experience this hotel again next time.

The hotel is well-located in the town, not far from the lake, offering views of the lake and its island from the windows. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, and the most interesting feature is that empty milk bottles are provided in the room, allowing guests to self-serve fresh milk from the lobby.
