The staff were very nice and helpful, fulfilling every request. The reception is open 24/7, so you can check in and out whenever you want. There's also a vending machine with snacks and drinks. In my opinion, it's highly recommended, and I would book again.

We had a good time. The room was clean and check in was quick and easy. We were on the 6th floor and it was quite hot in the hallway and the room but other than that the place was great, location was great and the restaurant attached had some really good food.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hostel experiences I have ever had. The room was not clean upon arrival, had a very unpleasant smell, and felt poorly ventilated. The bathroom was also dirty and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. To make matters worse, some of the roommates were extremely noisy and inconsiderate, making it very difficult to relax or get any proper sleep. Overall, the cleanliness, atmosphere, and comfort were far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Pleasant hotel close to Rotterdam Central station. Friendly staff with plenty of English. Seems to have some oirt of "fast food" Indian restaurant attatched, menu card was in the room. Kettle and tea bags (no coffee) in the room.

The room was a bit dark, and the carpet was very dirty, making me feel like there were fleas. The city view from the room I booked was quite nice though! 😍 It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the station, which was a bit inconvenient. 😢
