Basic clean room. Service is excellent. The property has no lift and the room is lack of sockets to plug in multiple devices. The position of those sockets is not good either which is all on one side near the window. No socket is near the bedside.

Shower was burning me, then it cooled down and then boiling hot again, in seconds like what!! Water kettle was not working. Staff was not friendly They charge you after you spend the night for extra city tax, which was already included on the invoice of trip.com, they blamed the website and I told them well then don't use their services... 2/10 would not recommend

Such a good hotel, affordable, 1km from Alexander Rotterdam. Was too tired and asked for early check in and they gave us at 12:40 with no charges.

Not bad, but rooms are little small and towels were dirty.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Convenient location and free parking. Clean and tidy rooms, soft bedding, and fast heating. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. Great value for money; I'd stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The daily cleaning was fine, but the walls were covered in stains and the mattress was terribly soft and defective, to the point that we couldn't sleep. When we made the reservation, we forgot to include breakfast, and once we arrived at the hotel, they didn't offer us the option to add it for an extra fee.

It's just a regular motel; the rooms are quite old, but they're cleaned daily and the cleaning is pretty good. I'd recommend it for those on a budget. If your budget allows, I'd recommend a proper hotel (over 100 euros).

I was prepared to accept the price without much expectation of quality. Free parking and breakfast were included. The small room was perfectly acceptable for a short business trip, but the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable... The bathroom had a strong urine smell... So I promptly cancelled the stay.

The hotel is very basic, don't expect any form of luxury, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are only a few electrical outlets, one for the refrigerator and one next to the toilet. 😄 The staff at reception were very friendly.

Clean and hygienic, convenient parking, highly recommended.
