Excellent room as always at the social hub hostels but lacking some of the service and amenities that the Groningen and Amsterdam branch have. Would still reccomend

it was a nice stay, but some issue with the shower.
the staff was very kind and helpful.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in terms of cleanliness and service. We stayed for a week btw. Cathy from reception was helpful though. 
I read someone commented before about the hotel is lack of management and I’d say yes I agree. Not going back.

As you can see from the name it is mostly for students, i mean it would fir them better. To be honest, i already have a bit higher standarts, i guess. But it was good price, and you get good room for it. There was a problem with the toilet in our room but it didnt really bother us

It is different from the hotel name and the actual name when booking.
No dryer, no TV, room is cold.
It's like a hotel that renovated the dormitory.
