Great location! Very cozy and clean rooms! Friendly and convenient check-in.

I like stories written in lobbies, corridors, and rooms! The hotel has nice and essential amenities. The location is excellent in the city center close to restaurants and almost all points of interest. Breakfast is ok, but a little expensive. There are no slippers or carpets in the room and this is a little disappointing in the cold season.

Amazing place with a great atmosphere. Really close to all great places in this city. Strongly recommended.

This hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen). Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable. Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey. The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights. Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.

A mediocre hotel in such a beautiful city. Cold staff, a room that desperately needs updating, and a mass-produced breakfast.

Everything is great. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the several cathedrals. However, because it's in the old town, which is a pedestrian zone, you need to contact the hotel in advance for parking information. There are bollards at the entrance to the pedestrian zone; you need to call the hotel to get an authorization code and enter it to enter.

It's pretty basic, nothing special, but it's cheap. You need to call ahead to reserve parking before you can get a number and drive onto the road leading to the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, worthy of the name. Very nice location, situated in the center of old Rouen. Beautiful lobby, excellent and amiable reception. There is also the option of underground parking with a car lift, but we did not make use of it. There is a paid parking lot, Indigo Pucelle, very nearby, which cost us less than 20 euros for 24 hours. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Strategic location in the heart of Rouen A few steps from the Place Jeanne d'Arc and the cathedral Quiet and private. Books available for reading in the lounges in the lobby. Excellent breakfast.
