Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again

The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress.
Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.

This is clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. it's also very near the historic part of Rouen. I stayed on two different occasions on a recent trip to France, and both stays were pleasant.

The service is great and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is based in a traditional building so no elevator but some steep stairs so be ready. The single room on the top is spacious although ceiling is low. The hotel and rooms definitely need a fresh coat of paint and some work to be done (electricity sockets far from bed on other side of the room etc) . However location close to the train and city centre is perfect, bedlinen and towals are crispy white and clean.

for one night only, too bad, because it is very well located. Very clean room, bathroom too, varied and copious breakfast, in a room with character. Teenagers and their parents delighted, a very good night's sleep, very comfortable bedding. Absolute calm. Thank you for the hair dryer loan. Friendly and very attentive staff. Near the underground parking lot of the courthouse. Very reasonable price for one night and one day.

The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My body was covered in stinging bites for 8 days. The manager knows this and does not inform the guests when they leave. Not having immediately grasped the scourge, I did not take precautions when I returned home. I have spent my time disinfecting my home for fear of having to deal with an infestation. To top it off, the manager refuses to reimburse me for the 3 nights. Irresponsible and criminal!

Very low-end hotel, very dilapidated and of questionable cleanliness except for bed linen and bath towels. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the comfort is more than rudimentary.
