Home2 Suites by Hilton Round Rock Medical Center

My recent stay at the Hilton Home2Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a convenient small kitchen setting that added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. While the room service schedule for changing bed sheets was every 3 or 4 days, likely due to the holiday season, this minor detail was overshadowed by the overall quality of service. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was pleasant. The breakfast options were a highlight, offering a variety of tasty choices that exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this category. Kids love to make their own breakfast. This is a pet-friendly hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the staff in attending to their needs were commendable. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and quality service, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a home away from home.

I made a request on the day of arrival to have a separate living and sleeping areas and they accommodate us. Awesome staff.

We have stayed in multiple Home2’s and have always loved them. Although, this one, the table in there had 2 broken legs, the lamp was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the water pressure was sub par. Luckily for us it was a short weekend trip, but overall a little disappointed in the shape of our room. The staff was friendly … for the most part.

Memorial Day electric went out for 2hours,no hot water until after 7am and our air conditioner was leaking water i was advised staff ..no accommodation.

Breakfast is good and always on time, parking availability is great, the room is mostly clean with all the amenities advertised. However, I believe the cleaning staff needs to speak English or be trained in the use of it.
