Extended Stay America Select Suites - Austin - Round Rock

Room was very clean and spotless and the general manager was very nice and respectful women and greets all her guest with a smile to make their stay comfortable.

Love the staff - they are alway willing to help with a big friendly smile on their face. Quiet environment. I love it so much I’m not going to get an apartment at this time , I don’t feel the need to rush!!! Thank you all so very much:)

The highlight of this stay was the front desk clerk that was working overnight. I didn't get her name but she had been there basically all day and was super helpful. Extremely kind, helpful and really on top of her job. She was handling the front desk as well as cleaning the rooms overnight. Amazing employee!

Very wonderful, I enjoyed it. Staff was very kind about everything.

The room was clean and so was the hotel in general that I saw. The AC did work, so that was nice. The property is getting old, but it is still well maintained.

I've never stayed at a worst Hotel in my life. They make you pay $2 for barh towel exchange and 50 cent if you need a toilet paper roll. Also, they only clean rooms every 14 days(2 weeks) The Staff however was nice and friendly.

Management team was friendly and courteous Air/heater had smell that came from unit bed was comfortable room was clean overall an acceptable stay other than ordor from ac/heater. Didn't get to mention to management only stayed two nights before checkin out.
