Staff was excellent. I was a bit surprised there were no dishes in the rooms. Also the shower sliding doors were removed and replaced with a a curtain rod and shower curtain. It wasn’t ideal for the cost of the room. Other than that the rest of the room was fine, the staff and the breakfast were excellent. I also loved the location.

Room was very nice, evening happy hour was great fun, and breakfast was worth the price of admission. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful up-to-date hotel conveniently located to Outlet Mall stores. Love the made to order Omelette at breakfast, although plenty of other items are readily available in buffet line. Happy hours are nice addition as is the Bar Louie restaurant on the premises. Perfect stay for us when we vacated our house for interior painting.

They were so nice. They loved my little guy who had just gone through surgery. They were caring, empathetic, and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was perfect.

The guests were overbooked and myself and 2 of my co- workers were sent to a different hotel which was infested with cockroaches.

Hotel and rooms were nice. Issue with disruptive behavior of other guests which seemed to eventually be taken care of after multiple complaints. Front desk was friendly.
