La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Round Rock Near Kalahari

Had a great stay at La Quinta Round Rock. The customer service was excellent — the staff were friendly, responsive, and made the experience smooth throughout. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for money. The hotel also has solid amenities including a gym, pool, and laundry facilities, which added to the convenience of the stay. The reception area is well maintained, and the location is a big plus with plenty of dining and eatery options nearby. Breakfast was well catered and had good variety, though it would be great to see a few more vegan options included. Overall, a very good choice for a comfortable and value-driven stay.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Night staff was quite friendly on Christmas Eve. The next morning, we got confused on breakfast time and arrived a little late. Instead of just telling us, the staff ignored us, even though we were asking and curious, and just continued to take things away. Not a major issue, but direct communication could be improved!

Room had a bad smell and light service to room was never done. I had to call 2 times to get towel and have my bed done.

This was our first time staying at this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was great too! The lobby bar was a great touch also!

The room was clean. Staff was very courteous. everything was organized and in place. I will definitely stay there again

On arrival at the hotel I had to pay a deposit because I paid in advance through *******. The deposit was charged immediately on my bank account and was to be refunded sometime after check out. Not happy about this. Makes me think twice about booking through *******. Three days after checking out and I am still not sure if the deposit has been refunded.

While this is non-smoking hotel, our room smelled as if someone had been vaping in it, and on our second night, someone close to our room was vaping. Would have been 5-stars if that hadn’t been the case as everything was clean and staff was friendly.
