Monte Mulini Adults Exclusive Hotel by Maistra Collection

Just got back from a 7 night stay and WOW what a wonderful Hotel. The location is great, its an easy 15 minute stroll along the beautiful ”flat” coastal path into the Old Town. The Old Town is hilly with lots of quaint cobbled streets a few roads back from the harbour to explore. It has plenty of great restaurants, we found Sante Croce and Fondiaria to be particularly good. The Hotel has free bikes to borrow you can have them for as long as you like, we cycled through the wooded nature park to the left of the Hotel and beyond the Old town to the right. Breakfast in the Hotel is served until 12, it includes a very extensive cold buffet plus hot cooked food to order, theres ample choice. The bedrooms all face the bay, they are a good size and have huge bathrooms, with Molton Brown toiletories. The only downside for the rooms is they could do with a set of drawers for clothes storage. Theres a kettle with a varierty of different tea bags and they will give you milk from the restaurant. It is spotlessly clean with very professional friendly staff. In addition to the Hotels spa you also have free use of large gym, sauna and spa area which is located in the Hotel next door and can be accessed via a linked corridor from the Monte Mulini. I had a wonderful massage in the Spa at the Monte Mulini. Very impressive lobby and bar area, with beautiful terrace to have a drink and watch the sunset from. Wine and olive oil tasting in the Wine Vault was great. We also had a lovely surprise from the Hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you Monte Mulini for making our stay so special, we hope to visit you again sometime soon.

What a wonderful discovery! We stayed for two nights in the Trevisol Apartment (separate from the hotel by a 15-minute walk), in a third-floor room with a view of the sea and Santa Katarina island. The apartment was comfortable and furnished with everything we might need; it was quiet and centrally located, with lots of restaurants and boat tours just a short stroll away. The only (very minor) drawback was that it lacked a lift, and after full days of walking the hilly streets it was challenging to face an additional 60 or so stairs to our third floor apartment. The hotel maintains a separate parking lot, and offers free shuttle service between the lot and the hotel properties. The driver met us promptly upon our arrival and ferried us to the apartment, offering a good tour of Rovinj in the process. On the day of our departure the shuttle showed up promptly at the scheduled time to return us to our car. This was a wonderful base from which to explore the lovely town of Rovinj. I highly recommend it for privacy, value, and location. It's a gem!

Very good hotel, only a few rooms, very design, very beautiful. Going out for a minute and going to the beautiful bay, this is a great place to watch the sunset. The rooms are fully equipped, but the electric kettle and toothpaste toothbrush need to be provided. The breakfast variety of the hotel is not so delicious, but the taste is very good. The hotel service was in place, the room was cleaned up in time, the hotel owner met us with a warm handshake and asked about the feeling of staying. When we arrived and left the hotel, the waiter sent us to the bus station with a battery car. Every service link can be professionalized. In addition, free travel requires basic oral English communication skills, which is very important.

The hotel looks brand new, with refurbishments to the grounds, sunloungers and parasols. Set in lovely grounds next to a wooded area and a 15 stroll to Rovinj. Always plenty of space in the gardens and pebble beach, crystal clear sea. Food good but the dining room a bit canteenish. Rooms and balcony small, but the beds comfortable and the bathroom great. Could not control air con individually so had to leave door open which was noisy in the mornings

Wonderful stay …staff was incredible . Wish every place I stayed could be like the Melegran . Hats off the the decorators . The breakfast was a treat each morning …especially the breakfast girl . They pick you up in a cart to take your luggage up the cobblestone street …the nicest girl ( and informative ) took care of us . Keep up the good work.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with oversized balconies. The hotel has a variety of facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, gyms, SPA, etc., while looking at the sea and the forest, it is actually very suitable for a few days on vacation. We left for one night after visiting Rovinj and it was a pity
