We arrived early and were greeted very enthusiastically by Marina and Priya. Marina’s cheerful personality is infectious, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is she is the same yet still being professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff despite there not being enough of them especially in the evening. They were rushed off their feet at the busier times but never let it show in their behaviour that there weren’t enough of them to go around. Breakfast was the best we have had in a Premier Inn, nice and hot and kept well topped up. Dinner unfortunately was awful, very overcooked and very poor quality. We had to make a complaint to Umo who dealt with the problem in a very courteous way and kept smiling throughout. She is a credit to Premier Inn.

Exceptional cleanliness and facilities with attention to detail. Welcoming service, nothing is too much trouble and amazing value for a London stay. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

- Receptionists are so nice an helpful, they have staff in the counter for 24 hours - No Air con in the room but they have heater - Night time in London is not very hot, so for me it's fine (if they have Air con in the room that would be perfect) - Have Air con in the common area - The room is spacious and very clean (but not enough shower gel) - Good location , the DRL just next to the hotel (from Victoria station to hotel around 45mins) - There are 2 lines of DRL, only the one to Lewisham will pass through Deptford Bridge DRL station - 1 supermarket nearby and you can buy SIM card there - Good Price - 1 vending machine in the lobby, for drink and food - around 8mins walk, you could find some nice restaurant, I tried one Vietnamese restaurant, reasonable price

Generic chain hotel stay as you would expect, rooms were clean and comfortable, half decent view of London skyline actually. Just as expected, if you expect anything special from a holiday in then you’re insane, it’s a clean comfortable no frills place to stay, standard breakfast, decent parking aside from added cost and all staff were very pleasant so can’t complain, only negative was having to pay an extortionate price for 2 night but that’s my fault for booking last minute when the Laver cup was on at the 02. On that note this is a great location for access to the 02. 10 minute walk.

For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.

Stayed for one night with a friend in a private twin room with bunk beds, top floor so didn’t hear any bar noise. Beds were clean and comfy. Staff were friendly. Very busy on arrival so we were given a free drink. Facilities were really good, as two ladies on our own we felt safe, clean and happy here. Only downside was the room next door, their door was noisy, could do with some attention. For value, cleanliness, location and facilities this one gets a 5 star !!
