I got an allergic reaction to dust mites a few minutes after being at this hotel. They moved me to a different room where things were fine, until the cleaning personnel replaced the bed linen and the dust mites came back. Attached is a picture of what your blood samples might look like after a few hours here if you suffer from dust allergies. Incredible that a hotel like this doesn't clean their bed linen properly. Had to end my stay earlier due to allergies. Rooms have very poor soundproofing - both from outside noises and from other rooms. There's no kettle to make coffee/tea in the rooms. On the positive side: breakfast is generous, restaurant is pretty good, and there's 24/7 service in English.

Second time in this hotel and again very satisfied, hotel wellness and sauna rituals at a very high level. Staff always helpful and friendly. Even though the restaurant is being renovated, breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are back in a month :-)

I can't recommend this hotel enough! I honestly dont understand why this place only has 3 stars, felt like 5 star hotel to me. The staff is very polite and caring, loved the personal touch, complimentary chocholate and water, welcome letter, they even gave my baby bedding with cars on them as they knew its a boy... the facilities on site are amazing, wellness centre, pool, spa, felt like holiday in Spain to me. Definitely will come back if ever visit Czech Republic again!

We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was great. However, reception staff could be a little more welcoming. The hotel is outside of town, which is easily reachable. Besides, the hotel is intended to relax and to pamper yourself.

A fuir ! Mensonge !!!!

Keiner will sich streiten, also erneut vorgelegt.
