The hotel is very new. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Zoya Zhang, Tina Qian, and Hailey Xing were absolutely amazing with the checkout experience and in general during my whole stay custom service was absolutely phenomenal! I would definitely come back to stay again!

I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. It has a great location. We went there for sightseeing and parked our car in the underground garage. It's very close to the hand-painted park and the ancient town by taxi. I like Rugao very much. It's very comfortable to go shopping after dinner. You can ride a shared electric bike to travel slowly.

Came to see the Scottish Super League. Checked in at 10am when there was a vacancy. Also helped arrange a double-sided glass room with a great view. Free breakfast. Very quiet at night. Super cost-effective. Thanks to Ma Yan for her thoughtful service.
