We had the best time ever the ladies lounge the cafe in the lobby the and the room service was really nice thank you The reception lady was very friendly Good job and amazing improvement the place was really clean and tidy the room smell was great and the bathroom was big and well equipped

The Regency is not just a hotel; it is a haven where every detail is meticulously curated to offer an unparalleled experience. Nestled next to the serene beaches of Kuwait, it offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind by the sea while still being close to the vibrant heart of Kuwait City. The beach was pristine, and the gentle sound of the waves added a soothing soundtrack to my stay. My dining experience at The Regency was nothing short of spectacular. Whether I preferred the variety of a buffet, the refined selections of à la carte, or the convenience of room service, the culinary team delivered excellence with every meal. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, featuring an extensive array of both local and international delicacies. Each dish was prepared and presented with an artistic flair that delighted both the eyes and the palate. From the moment I stepped into the grand, stylish lobby, I was greeted warmly by Ernest, who set the tone for the luxurious experience ahead. The staff at The Regency were exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every guest felt like royalty. Sudha, my server, remembered the drinks I had ordered in the past two days, adding a personal touch to each meal. The attention to detail was remarkable; from the daily complete linen change to the lavender-scented pillows and the specially brewed sleep tea left by my bedside to ensure a restful night. The reception staff, along with the night supervisor Ahmed, consistently ensured everything was to my comfort, making my stay truly exceptional. The room I stayed in at The Regency was nothing short of magnificent. Spacious and elegantly decorated, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The turn-down service was a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort, with every evening transformed into a ritual of relaxation. The marble bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with high-end toiletries and plush towels. The lobby of The Regency deserves special mention. It is a masterpiece of design, combining classic elegance with beautiful touches. The atmosphere was both welcoming and grand, making it a perfect place to relax or enjoy a cup of tea. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a brunch and one night stay in the hotel. When we told at the reception that it was our wedding anniversary the reception staff went an extra mile to make our stay even mire special. We had a lovely bedroom and they prepared the room with a bottle of “champagne”, a cake and a fruit platter. And of course, the swans on the bed. A special thanks to Mohammed and Shaheb from the reception that organized it all. On top of that, they offered us a (very) late check out at 4pm.
