Everything about the room was fine. It was fine for a night stay on a business trip. However, there was no air conditioning in the winter. It was too hot to stay in the room during the day, and it got cooler at night.

Lovely stay! I had a delightful two-night stay at this exceptional Ruse hotel. I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The room was incredibly clean, in an amazing location, the breakfast was perfect and staff were all friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to visit Ruse!

Hotel is in the city centre, which means everything is nearby. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for keeping an eye on our luggage! Hotel and room were modern, clean and well-maintained. Bathroom might need some deep-clean (corners etc), but it's a small thing. Our airconditioned standard room had 2 beds, kettle, fridge (remember to turn it on!), toiletteries and a free water bottle. Towels were changed daily. It was quiet in the room, although it's next to a busy street. Breakfast was average and not very warm. Usual selection. I'd add something local, maybe more fruits or few other sausages, to make it better. Coffee to go - it was a nice option! Overall experience 4/5

We stayed at this hotel one night and we parked our car in front of the hotel We asked if we can park there and the receptionist didn’t say anything. In the morning when we wanted to leave we noticed that our car was missing and I asked the receptionist where the car was and she said that the car had been towed by the tow truck and gave us the address where to pick it up she saw that they were evacuating our car and did not notify us, we noticed when we wanted to leave. the receptionist was rude and non-professional and given the fact that we asked if it was possible to park or not, she didn't tell us anything.

The hotel is relatively new with clean rooms and modern decoration. The hotel is at the Center of the city and very close to the Danube banks. Parking is an issue so inform the hotel to reserve a place for you. The price is 85 BGL which is very OK. It is recommended.

More than just a 3 Star Hotel! This little yet comfortable Hotel is right in the middle of the old centre in Rouse. The staff is excellent while the management is efficient and trustworthy. The rooms are good enough and have amazing bedding and super jets hot showers!
