Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ruskin I-75

There was a homeless person and our room number was mentioned bc we reported it, I think they thought I was homeless idk. But the toilets wouldn’t work and the pillows suck. The bed was hard

Good stay. Clean & comfortable

One of our dogs got bit by a copperhead the nightt beofre our stay and no refund what so ever. Sent a copy of the emergency vet bill and pictures of her swollen face. We never used the room, and we won't book here again

First of all I like stopping at this Hilton hotel because it’s usually close to my venue. The service here is very good and the people are friendly and eager to help out with any problems to come up. The food is great. The place is well maintained. JoAnne

I had a great experience at this property the staff was nice the breakfast was good. I had no issues checking in. My room was very clean, however I would recommend that the mattress on the bed is change to something more softer. The bed was hard and I didn't sleep well. But overall my stay was good.

Electric outlets on both sides of the bed did not work. Called the front desk and they offered to send a maintenance person in the morning. Only staying one night. Bring an extension chord just in case.

I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care.
