Great weekend! I recommend for a romantic weekend. Infinity pool and lounge chairs facing the sea. Great cocktails. Buffet with options. Very friendly staff. Go for a shaded swim in the morning. When choosing, choose sunny all day #Swing up Superior The only downside is paying for hotel parking for residents.

High cost performance 4 stations away from the airport

Overall my stay was ok, but I stayed in the same room for two weeks. During this time I asked the receptionist to change the bedding. My request was ignored. That made me feel dissatisfied and disappointed...

We stayed here the last night before we had to go to the airport in the morning. The reason we chose it was because it had a family room for a family of five. The room was great. Parking was at a third party parking garage about 2 minute walk away, but you could unload baggage at the front door. Breakfast cost extra, but it was good.

Parking is very difficult. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was ample and very good. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There was no parking at arrival. We had to park in local parking garage. It also only took cash and delayed departure. Room was not as pictured and looks much older. The bathroom was clean but towel stained.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. The hotel advertises free parking which is a joke. They have five parking lots in a tight area which could damage your car. The fridge didn't work which the staff said it was normal and made no attempts to fix it or replace it. The TV also only has one channel and the wifi is very slow. The streets are not safe around the hotel at night especially if there is an event going on in the city.

This hotel was dated and due for an update, but the staff was friendly, the room clean, beds okay, but no Air Conditioning - had to sleep with the windows open with 4 of us in the room. Good shower, and they even let us get into the room 1/2 early. But this area around the hotel is super nice, cute and we ate great food at the Asian Restaurant around the corner. There is a shopping area with really good deals, it seemed very safe and everyone was friendly. It is a bit to get out to this area, but perfect if short trip with your gear to the train and a few stops later, your at the Linnate Airport - so perfect for a family to manage close to the airport.

When I booked the room it said that parking was included. But when I showed up they said that parking lot was already full with the cars of other guests and I had to use the parking garage a block away.

Marketed as a hotel airport it is a couple of S-Bahn stops from FRA Terminal 1. Takes about 20 minutes to get there via public transport. It is a cheap option for those not willing to splash €150 upwards to stay in the city midweek. (I paid €70 for one night in a single room, booked a week in advance and breakfast not included through an online agent) Staff at check in were very friendly and handled my request for a fan for the room quickly and without fuss. The rooms are what you would expect for a “budget” range hotel. They are dated but functional….and on the surface clean (ish) Some things that required attention were my duvet. (Stained - I presume it was clean, just an old stain, and the shower curtain. Pictures attached). I got a non smoking room which I asked for but there is a smell of smoke in the corridors etc. Its endemic throughout Germany, they have a very relaxed view to their smoking regulations particularly in Hesse. There are lots of food/drinks establishments nearby to grab an evening meal. You do hear occasional noises from the street. I’ve stayed in worse places back home but not sure I would choose this particular hotel again. If it’s a one off stop for the night you’ll be fine but wouldn’t want to have to stay longer than that.

I didn't like customer service and I didn't like the bed was too small and parking space. People were not friendly
