4-Sterne Erlebnishotel El Andaluz, Europa-Park Freizeitpark & Erlebnis-Resort

We had a family suite on the top third floor. The room was a good size (full minibar, safe, bathrobe) and was furnished in a rural Spanish style with Spanish farmhouse furniture and complemented by colorful window decorations. The floors, toilet and bathroom are also tiled and made in Spain. The view was of the inner courtyard with swimming pool (not heated). The children could hear the hotel guests in the corridor well, but we parents did not have these noises in our room. Check-in was straightforward. In the morning we received our entrance tickets for the park, which can be reached via a side entrance directly behind the hotel (entrance 30 minutes earlier than for non-hotel guests). For optional paid cinema events we received a discount and a drink voucher for the bar in Rulantica. The parking spaces directly at the hotel and at Rulantica were free for us. Check-out was easy via smartphone app. Breakfast was in the "Don Quichotte" restaurant. The coffee did not meet our requirements, but everything else was good.

Hotel in a great location at the entrance to the park! We liked the decor of this Spanish hacienda. The breakfast was very good. I take away one star for the huge and poor quality pillows, and the noise of people coming and going in the corridor. I like it when there is an airlock in the bedroom, which keeps us away from the noise of the corridor. Otherwise, everything was very good: we were able to collect the tickets for Rulantica before the room was ready. And Europa Park in the evening for the next morning. Lots of French staff, which makes understanding easier :)

Rooms are big enough, very clean, pleasant tiled floor, good mattresses. Breakfast buffet is very good, large selection. Restaurant Don Quichotte offers good food, pleasant hotel bar with a huge selection of spirits and cocktails.
