Hotel am Park

We booked two rooms in one booking, at the same time, because we are traveling with 3 kids and their grandmother. What we got was two rooms in different buildings. Going from one to the other required to leave one building, walk along the road for a minute, and go back in through another entrance. It is absolutely unacceptable to separate families this far apart. The rooms are spartan. No chair, no table, albeit clean. The location is the only plus, since Europapark is right across the road. The property has a "supermarket" that only sells pizza, sweets and drinks. The whole town gathers here, with rows of cars in fron of the building with their warning lights on and their engibes running, because it is the only shop selling alcohol after the park closes. It does not help with the atmosphere, which is alltogether lacking anyway. The staff is just about friendly enough to not be rude. The property is setup for maximun profit, not for convenience. Not recommended for families with more than 4 people. We will certainly not book this accommodation again.

For Europa park this is the one to stay at. Big room sizes and very Clean. Rust is a lovely Location. The breakfast isn't for me but that's my English taste buds. But it's a hotel I would return too. Good hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights in late August 2025 and had a fantastic time. Booking in, so easy, free parking onsite, Europa park 2 mins walk, rooms great (small fridge and a fish viewing platform in our room which the kids loved), breakfast v good. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended

We arrived in Rust - Germany on Tuesday 28th May 2014. We had never been there before and hadn't booked anywhere to stay. Our plans was to go to Europa Park on the Wednesday. We parked at the main entrance to the park & could see a hotel across the road. We looked at the reviews on here then went in. A room was available and a good price quoted for two nights for my Son & I. The room was very pleasant well decorated / furnished and clean. It was of very good size as well. The breakfast was very good and we went to the Italian restaurant within the hotel both evenings we didn't try the German restaurant. The hotel also have tickets available for the park so you don't have to Queue to get these plus also you don't have to pay to park. There were a couple of negatives 1/ The tv had loads of channels, but only channel in English - BBC world news. 2/ wifi had good signal, but every device needs a different code and you are forever having to type the code in as it drops off. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives thought.

I stayed here with my wife & two kids in May 18, we chose this hotel due to its proximity to Europa-Park. (about a 2 minute walk to entrance) The staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean & had everything we needed. There was a very good selection of food & drink for breakfast. Restaurant for evening meal was reasonable priced with nice food. (There is a kebab/pizza takeaway just up the road) The perfect place to stay for Europa-Park.

Ideally situated in front of the Europa park. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a good variation of items. Dedicated parking lot makes it easy to leave the car when you visit the park, and we were told we could leave the car in the hotel parking from as early as 7-8am even though we only have access to the actual room from 15.30, so that helps a lot with logistics.

Lovely hotel near the Europa Park, the staff is super friendly with ample parking around the hotel. The breakfast was a disappointment it did not come across as appetizing at all. The rooms was clean and ample space for everyone to be comfortable.

Perfect location with a street shop selling drinks snacks alcohol coffee fresh made to order pizza. Bedrooms are quite large but no storage, only hangers along one wall. We did find a large drawer under the end of the bed on the last day so be sure to check. The rooms are serviced alternate days. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Breakfast can get busy with people fuelling up for when Europa park opens, but good choice of bread, meats, cheese fruit and hot choice of bacon and eggs. Internet was strong and had no issues. Outside there are bus stops to take you to rulantica (free bus no7231) and to and from Ringsheim station. Overall we found the location perfect and the hotel delivered on every front. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel , clean , friendly , with private parking , normal breakfast and a good replacement when the Europa park resort hotel s are sold out. Next to the main entrance of Europa park ( 100m). Good beds for kids. For the ones who are hungry at night time they offer street food market where you can get a midnight drink and snack
