This was my unforgettable experience, the hotel management is very poor, the room that we booked was not the same that we got, the pictures on the website are misleading. when we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay cash in advance for the 4 days that we plan to stay, luckily, we had cash with us, when we saw the room, we could not stay in the same room as the room cleanness was not to the standard, we changed the room with an extra payment, without any receipt. The cabin was leaking from the bottom of the cabin, not caring about the cleaning the room, they have cleaned twice during our 4 days stays, the complete room smell of shisha and odor smell. for breakfast you only get two eggs and loaf of bread, that is it. we wanted to talk to manager to give the feedback, unfortunately the manager does not have mobile phone, this is what we have been told, there was no electricity twice during our stay, we request to check out early than planned but they have refused to get our payment back, no customer focus. no security guard in the night and there no gate at the hotel entrance.

Bu otel tam olarak aile ve çiftlere yönelik çok tatlı odaları, çalışanları ve muazzam iskele restaurantı var 2 aile gittik biz havuzlu bungalovda kaldık diğer aile iste ana binadaki dublex odalarda ve bayıldık gerçekten herşey harikaydı kötü yorum yazanlar ne yaşıyor inanın anlamadım şüphesiz tercih edebilirsiniz :)

Yorumlara bakınca gelmeden üzülmüştüm ama konum göle sıfır çok güzel ben dublex otel odasında konakliyorum heryer beyaz sabun kokuyordu temizdi girişte ücretsiz özel otopark var tüm çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor restorant kısmında hepsi canla başla hizmete hazırlar sagolsunlar otelin güzel bir steak restauranti da var ben begendimki bayram olarak yoğun bir döneme denk geldik bizce hersey geçer not almıştır gole sıfır oturup bir keyfinize bakın derim

Konumu güzel, tesis göl kenarına konumlanmış. Odalar iç kısımda, restaurant göl kıyısında kalıyor. Odalar arasında tahta bir duvar var ve ses yalıtımı yok. Yan odada ne kadar ses varsa hepsini çok net dinleyebiliyorsunuz. Kalacaksanız sessiz konuşun, komşu odadakiler sizi dinlemesin. Odanın kapısı evlerimizdeki iç oda kapılarının kilidine benzeyen bir anahtarla kilitleniyor. Kilit işi pek güvenli değildi. Kasa da olmayınca kendimizce değerli gördüğümüz her şeyi yanımızda taşıdık. Banyo temiz gibi görünmedi gözümüze, kaldığımız süre boyunca duşu kullanmadık. Kahvaltıya dahilmiş, ikrammış gibi masaya gelen menemen, su, vs için ödeme istendi. Bunların kahvaltıya dahil olmadığını söylemiyorlar. Aman dikkat. Kahvaltıya oturduğunuzda ne dahil ne değil öğrenin. Özetle, tesisten memnun kalmadık, önermiyoruz. Bu fiyata çok daha iyi alternatifler bulabilirsiniz.

Beklentisi yüksek olmayanlar için idare eder ama daha fazlası değil. Maalesef googlede ki ortalama 4 yıldızlı iyi yorumların kurbanı olduk. Deluxe denilen hiçbir şey yok. Pozitif olan tek şey göle ve sahil şeridine yakın olması yaklaşık 1,5 km. Kaldığımız bir standard oda idi. Oda temiz değildi. Rica ettik temizlendi ama yinede memnun kalmadık. Duş kabini berbat. Rutubet, pis ve kötü koku vardı. Yatak rahat değildi. 3 yıldızlı bir otelin standartları bile mevcut değil. Oda servisi yok. Klima var ama öğleni saatlerinde yine rahatsız edici ısınma oluyor. Yan odada ki sesler çok duyuluyor. Kahvaltı 8:30 - 10:30 arası olması gerekirken. Saat 9:15 ilk çay bardağını elimize aldık. Böyle bir ciddiyetsizlik görmedik daha önce. Akşam içtiğimiz bir bardak çay 25 TL. 2 türk kahvesi 170 TL. Starbucks daha uygun. Hizmet ve servis çok düşük. Bir daha gelmem ve tavsiye etmem. Google resimleride ki gibi görünür değil. Villa/Bungalov için bişey diyemem. 2 gecedem fazla kalmadık ve dayanamadık. Ayrıca alkolsüz mekan sandık fakat akşamları diğer misafirin içki tüketimini fark ettik.
