BJ Apartamentos Europa

The apartment was clean but a little dated, however it was very clean and tidy. The pool was a little concerning as the only entry ladders were in the deep end of the pool. The staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. My opinion is that it needs some investment and some modernisation. However if you just want a place to lay your head and are not fussed about the amenities, it’s a great option.

We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

Stayed in 2 apartments for 10 days. Staff were lovely, apartments were clean. Limited kitchen utensils but had all the basics we needed. The freezer part of the fridge didn't work and stayed wet, but the fridge worked fine. Apartments were cleaned twice a week and beds and towels changed. On a personal note- the beds were uncomfortably hard for my husband and I. We ended up sleeping on the sofas, which were perfect. Pool and pool area was run down (flaking paint and tiles off) but I'd expect that at the end of a season and it didn't stop us using or enjoying the pool. One side of the pool stayed in the shade for the whole day. There was limited space for loungers on the sunny side but at no point did we have to fight for loungers although the apartments were all in use, the pool was usually quite quiet. There is a little bar/shop on site that sells ice creams, crisps and a selection of drinks including a delicious Pina colada. Location is handy for shops and restaurants and easy walking distance to S'illiot for even more choice. Beach was 5-7 min walk away. Reception have parasols you can borrow which is a nice touch. This was a nice, quiet location with the majority of other guests being Spanish, German with a few English speaking families.

Stayed here as we had family staying up the road so this was a last minute booking. Great apartment very quite and chilled complex in perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice apartment about a 3-5min to the beach we stayed here before the vacation season started so there weren’t too many people the only downside was that the (I assume) owners didn’t know very much English but they were nice and Lissy did everything right to communicate with us even in Spanish we understood what she ment. The location is very nice 5 min brisk walk to nearest carrefour, the kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals, 1 pan, 2 pots and 4 sets of dishes, fridge, microwave and a stove. Overall I enjoyed the stay and it was very comfortable.

Booked this apartment last minute for 5 days after arriving to another hotel which was a disaster. Came with my partner and our one year old and honestly was one of the nicest apartments I have been too. Rooms were very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Had plenty cooking facilities with everything you needed. Pool area was perfect for our little one and had a very quiet and relaxed feel. Staff were amazing especially Lissy who went out her way to bring us a blanket for our son which was such a kind and lovely thing to do. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lady who also worked at bar (didn’t get her name) was also lovely and did her best to make our stay a good experience. Exceeded my expectations in every way and made the rest of our holiday happy and made some good memories as was our first holiday abroad with our little one. Would definitely return here in the future. Great place and location was excellent. Thank you for a great stay. Keep up the good work you all do
