Before booking, I called to ask if the rooms had a mini-bar. The guy who answered told me to mention it when I arrived, and they'd give me one. Upon arrival, I told the receptionist, Marina, who was helping us. She gave me the room key and told me to go check it out, to go in, and if there wasn't one, to come back and she'd change my room. I went up to the second floor, where as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, it smelled stale. The doors were very old; it honestly looked more like a 'love hotel'. I went into the room and shot out like a rocket – it was disgusting! And when I got back to reception just a few minutes later, Marina asked me in front of other guests: 'Did you mess up the room??' In front of other customers, in a dismissive tone, asking if I messed up the room!! I was stunned and told her: 'My dear, we didn't even have time.' She gives me a room full of filth and then asks if I dirtied it. And then, all patriotic, seeing that I was Asturian, she started telling me how great and important Catalonia was. This girl is not fit to work with the public. Last time we're going to that hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Urpi. My room was always cleaned every day and the location was near two train stations (10 min). It was near Plaza Major wich has great restaurants and stores.

Nice location, staff could be friendlier

The service was excellent. They also offer free luggage storage. It's about a 30-minute walk from CFU can rull.

I'd give both the facilities and the hotel a 6 out of 10. The room was spacious but lacked basic amenities; no toiletries, not even a simple glass of water, just enough towels, and the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, not a proper double bed. A 6.

The entire stay was very good in terms of the rooms, both clean and comfortable. The problem was the cafeteria service: it was awful. They didn't serve us on time, and we asked several times, but they made excuses (several waiters, including the manager at the time). A bad experience with the cafeteria, but good with the rooms.

The stay was very pleasant overall, but there are two changes I think would be helpful: The beds are very, very soft and the pillows are as thin as paper. Not all rooms have a refrigerator; only four rooms have one, and when you remove the card, it turns off like everything else.

Very good, you can continue to choose.

The hotel is good but too bad the staff are very unwelcoming, friendliness non-existent, no contact possible, the first receptionist was fine, but afterward, it's totally freezing cold, we say hello, no one answers you,!!! apart from a waitress with short hair with a lock, glasses, who, she was very professional and welcoming, otherwise we had no smile, exchange throughout the stay, not a single kindness, disrespectful, moreover the restaurant where you have breakfast, the staff there are terribly cold, there was no good appetite, no word of welcome, it's borderline he throws your order in your face, every morning I am asked for the room, several times, several times different people, at breakfast time, even though we had eaten most of our meals throughout the stay. As well as aperitifs but it's like this you don't exist... on the other hand The welcome from the local customer was more "normal". TOO DAMAGE I had read the same negative comments +++++ great a really crappy welcome but I I didn't think it would be so awkward. Otherwise the neighborhood, the room, the tranquility, the amenities it was good The room could do with a little bit of renovation in terms of complaints and a few stains, otherwise nice decor, fairly large twin room, clean bathroom, the floor was not cleaned every day, but it was very clean, cleaned every day and very nice room!!!! The beautiful and well decorated hotel
