Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento South Natomas

I tried to cancel a few hours after I paid as I was not needing to testify in Sacramento at a criminal trial. The hotel says that I had to work with Trip, and Trip says that the Hotel cannot cancel it. Now I have eaten the amount of the stay where I did not stay. Note sure I will ever use Trip again. What a fraud.

This hotel was clean, well appointed, and we received great service. The location of this hotel is in the suburbs, but it is still quite convenient. It is just off the highway, and depending on traffic is about 7-10 minutes to downtown, and 5-10 minutes to large shopping areas. The surroundings are other hotels or business buildings, so the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel was very clean and feels almost new. Service was excellent. Lots of smiles. Really great bartenders as well! Facilities are very comprehensive. We were able to do all of our laundry, and the machines were new and only 1.00 per load. The swimming pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The lobby, bar and restaurant area, and the outdoor patio were all spacious and clean. One thing you should note is that breakfast is NOT free. There is a $10 cost for the continental breakfast, and then there are ala carte options like omelets for between $15-20 each.

We were only there for one night but the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. It wasn't good overall experience.

Room was good, very low water pressure in the shower and the beds were very soft. Pool was always dirty (debris etc) looked like no one ever cleans it. Staff was very friendly and overall excellent.

Rooms are ok: room clean except the sofa is stained which is not nice for the eye. The first night was quite hard because of noises coming from next door and outside. Front desk (Hana) was helpful and transferred us to another room, which is way cleaner and quieter than the first room. Staff members overall very good.
