The hotel is large and spread out across a vast area. It is situated in the heart of Sacramento, making it easily accessible to visit downtown and other areas. Many good restaurants are nearby. The building is old, probably built in the 80s, but the rooms are remodeled, clean, and spacious. The price for a Sunday stay in June was very affordable, which is why we chose this hotel. The only complaint is the confusing shower. The blue dot indicated hot water, and the red dot indicated cold water. No instruction or warning sign, so my daughter had to take a cold shower. We thought the hot water was out, so called a maintenance guy, who came right away and was friendly, by the way. This was a more affordable option in a safe and convenient area, suitable for a family budget trip. And, of course, we loved the welcome cookies!

The front desk service was terrible, there was absolutely no soundproofing, the front desk phone was unreachable, and there was no buffet breakfast.

This is a fantastic hotel, conveniently located near a large mall. The hotel is large, with several buildings connected by corridors. The gardens and pool are particularly beautiful. The room was large and comfortable, with a TV screen and welcome sign.
