Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

While booking they say their is shuttle transport. So I chose them. I arrived 10:46 pm. I reached by the shuttle pickup site 11 and there was no one. Tried to call with my eSim. Was not allowed. Lady from a other shuttle company helped me and phone was answered but put me on hold for about 5 min. Lady tried different was to call when she did get answer it was said they do not have an shuttle ride at that hour which was after 12am. She arranged a Lyft for me. When I am at the hotel I see that shuttle rides from 4 am to 12 am. I realy do not understand d why. O shuttle came nor why it took so long to get an answer on the phone instead putting me to wait over 5 min.

Nice hotel with good location to my work area. Bed is comfortable, will book again when I visit.

The staff was great. The room was clean, quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has older tile and could be nicer but it was a very pleasant stay. Great coffee in the lobby at 4am before our trip to the airport.

Staff was amazing, the room was clean but there were a few towels with marks on them as if they had been used. It wasn’t very noisy on my floor and also we had mentioned that we didn’t need any housekeeping services until we had left to ensure our privacy. The staff honored that request and we weren’t bothered at all. Thank you so much

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are super friendly and always very welcoming. I had the buffet breakfast this morning. It was wonderful.

Positives. The room was clean. Easy highway access. Staff were friendly. Negatives: no bedside charging stations. Bed frame went to the floor. Continually bumped toes on hard frame. Bathroom has a VERY loud fan. So loud, it disrupted sleep to roomies during the night.

The room wasn't spotless however, it was acceptable. The refrigerator freezer was extremely frozen. No one took the time to defrost before the next guest. The front desk was extremely courteous and the shuttle driver was very nice.

#1I booked this hotel specifically and paid more because of the hot tub. I was told it was closed for maintenance after I checked in. You could see steam coming off the water, so it was hot. I’m not sure what type of maintenance was going on but it was very disappointing after a long drive. #2 They charge for parking overnight. This is not in a high density area. Ridiculous money grab. #3 Panhandler in the parking area. I did not feel safe. #4 Dirty, stained carpets in the hallway. Not at all clean.
