The most thing we love about the hotel is self service guest laundry eventhough it's bit pricey 600TL. Room - very clean but a bit small with the extra bedding. Make it difficult to move around. Location - we like the quiet location in the new town. Easy to find and not far from the old city. Parking - easily available compared to the old town which is difficult to find parking and very nartow and cobblestone road. Breakfast - variety Turkish and western breakfast. Quite tasty. Staff - they are okay. We wish they could speak a bit more English and smile more. A big shout out to Hatice the housekeeping lady. She shows true Turkish hospitality, warm, friendly and ready to help and go above and beyond for us even though ahe cannot speak English. Recommended compared to staying at Konak in old town and wifi is very good.

The room was a bit small, but the environment was quiet. Breakfast was just okay. The parking lot is across the street and seems to be a public one, not belonging to the hotel. Overall, it's overpriced.

Overall good place to stay there were  some deficiency in the hotel, including not many equipment in the gym. Pool was  very nice and clean

It is a good hotel, just a bit far away from old town, and also restaurant of the hotel is small for it's room count. Lovely staff and good room size.

The location is quite good , and it’s close to tourist attractions, making it a good hotel. However, the facilities outside the room felt a bit lacking for us. The restaurant or café inside would be better. Overall, everything was good, and there’s definitely nothing to complain about.

We were there on May 1st. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. My wife, child, and I stayed in a family room. The rooms weren't very spacious, but they were adequate. The breakfast was below the hotel's standard. I would go again, of course, but I didn't understand why they didn't offer french fries, scrambled eggs, and freshly chopped vegetables for breakfast.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The entire staff was especially kind and helpful. We received support on every issue. I can say we didn't experience any problems. The breakfast room is a bit small and can get crowded at times.
