The large public bath was also very clean and enjoyable.

The parking lot was big with 3 levels, the breakfast was super delicious with lots of choices, the location was decent and the rooms were kept clean. The entrance was easy to miss if you are driving but if you know the parking lot is in front of the hotel you won't miss it.

The hotel is far from the main station, and there are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. I think the majority of guests arrive by car. However, because of this, there is a restaurant within the hotel with a wide selection of reasonably priced meals. The rooms are clean, there is a large public bath, and the hotel itself is very well-equipped. Personally, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's also helpful that there's a parking lot on the premises. I'm grateful that Route Inns are always comfortable ^ ^

每次到日本都會入住這個集團的酒店，有大浴場，而且包早餐， 房間乾淨闊落，十分滿意，前台服務很好，下次都會再入住。

相模原に用がある時は利用しています。 駐車場が屋上になると外階段しかないため荷物を先に預けられるような駐車スペースがあるといい。 深夜2時まで大浴場が空いていて女湯の方はほぼ貸切状態なのでゆっくり入れて疲れが吹き飛びました。

酒店位置超便利，步行到地鐵站很快。房間整潔明亮，床品柔軟好眠，工作人員熱情貼心！  入住體驗超棒！房間雖小但佈局合理，設施新且好用。服務響應快，性價比很高。

確認電話応対、到着時駐車場案内、チェックイン、アウト、 全てに於いてフロントスタッフの態度対応の低レベルに驚きでした。夜遅く到着し第二駐車場の場所で女一人は真っ暗で怖い！案内チラシのマンガみたいな絵で距離感もわからなすぎてかなり遠まりで迷った！分かり辛い場所、夜は暗い事がわかっている訳だからセンサーライトや立て看板など簡易的でも直ぐに対策可能であると思いました。駐車場予約無く到着順にホテル敷地内に駐車させるみたいで夜遅い到着の場合は空きが無くなるようだが、問い合わせの段階で第二駐車場のこと説明されず、疲れている上に、車止めるだけで大変な目に遭わされた感じになり、夜遅く行くと全く心も無く平等には扱われ無い理不尽な気持ちにさせられますからご利用の際は気をつけてください。

ラグビー部の方と一緒で混雑してたけど問題なく過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。
