両親が入居している有料老人ホームのすぐそばでキレイでした。予約を間違えて喫煙にしてましたが、禁煙にきりかえてくれ、対応は良かったです。

普通のビジネスホテルといった印象。ベッドやアメニティは◎。「お掃除不要」としてもタオルなどは新しいものをドアノブにかけておいてくれました。目線を少し上げると埃が積もっていたり、汚れがこびりついていたり、お風呂が少しかび臭かったり。駅前からホテルまでの距離は短いが道が暗い。

住所が示すとおり、佐伯駅前の小路を入った所にある駅前旅館的存在。宿泊棟は朝食会場や宴会場がある本館奥の新館に位置しています。駐車場完備。朝食は和食と洋食から選べます。和食を選びましたが結構ボリュームがあります。全国旅行支援を利用。おおいた満喫クーポンは認証コードの読み取りに時間をかかりましたがご愛敬。駅チカ２４時間営業のスーパーで使用させていただきました。地方都市の格式あるホテルという出で立ちで存在感があります。

ロビーのスタッフの対応は普通に良かった。部屋は狭いのはしょうがないとして、暗すぎる。壁も薄いのか、他の部屋のドアの開閉音が自分の部屋なのかって思うくらいうるさかった。隣の部屋の宿泊者の咳もすごく聞こえて来て耳障りであった。

朝食美味しく頂きました。 佐伯駅から近くで便利です。 近くに24時間営業のスーパーもあります。 備品も充実してます。 コインランドリーもあるので 長期滞在や汗かきの方には 助かります。

寝るときに冷蔵庫のモータ音が気になって寝付けないので電源を切りしたかったが出来ない。ON-OFFのスイッチがなかった。 それ以外は、駐車場は無料で広いし、買い物も５分以内にイオンがあるので便利。
