Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine-Historic District

No shampoo or conditioner in shower. Maids did not clean room. Front desk did not remedy situation. They charge $50 a day to park in the hotel lot. What a joke this place is.

Enjoyed our little stay here. It was just one night but it was very clean and comfortable. The lobby smelled really upon arrival. It was an easy drive to the historic district. I went in not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

Nice hotel, but not really walkable to all the main things in St. Augustine. Our room was near the parking lot and people outside were kind of loud.

Sheila is the WORSE The customer service is horrible. I just called this morning to follow up on my deposit and I spoke with Sheila and she sounds like she’s very aggravated already early in the morning and I’m asking questions about my bill and she’s like I can send you your receipt so you can see the breakdown and then I’m like well I’m sorry that you sound very aggravated this morning. What was your name again and she’s like have a good day and hung up on me. What kind of customer services that I worked in hospitality and we did not talk to customers that way.

I liked the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk was very knowledgeable about local events. I thought it was overpriced for the parking, it just as easily could have been free. There is plenty of space

Wonderful property. Great facilities, convenient, just be aware if you have an electric car, people don’t respect the parking space for electric vehicles
