Clean room good customer service

Customer service was great. They charge for parking now but website and maps still say free parking. The bed we had was very uncomfortable and backs were sore in morning.

Wasn't given a clear explanation of uses of amenities in the room. The television never worked. I was too tired to look at it but it would have been nice. The hotel was very nice and I really slept very well. Can't have everything. The staff was polite explanations could have been clearer for me about the amenities. The parking information was poor..

Hilton should be embarrassed. I stayed here basically for less than a night with my daughter and granddaughter. Both elevators smelled of urine. There were no bell carts. The entire property is well overdue for a refresh. The bathroom was nasty and the water in the bath went down slow. To add insult to injury, I don’t mind paying for parking but the property had ample open parking and I should not have had to pay$11 for an open lot with no security and signs that basically say “park at your own risk”.

I thought there was a pool, but that's on me, I read the hotel description wrong. They took it out in 2022. You do have to pay for parking m, but it's only $10. Great location, plenty of stuff around! The hotel was very quiet, not like some other places I have stayed and it sounded like horses running in the hallway. None of that here!! Would stay here again!!

The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.

The carpet in room was disgusting. Room was not cleaned by staff daily. Front desk staff was not friendly. Bathroom was old/stained.

I appreciate the welcoming environment, and the cleanliness of this Hilton hotel! The staff (especially the front counter) was also very proficient and professional. Wonderful place to stay!

Staff was amazing whenever they could get to the phone when you call. Sometimes you couldn’t get anyone to answer right away but it was extremely busy this weekend. Other than that room was clean bed were clean and fresh. Had a refrigerator microwave iron ironing board, coffee maker coffee pods cups and ice container. Water in the room was for sell so bring ur own water. AMAZING STAY!
