I was a bit desapointed, the room was not prepared and no blanket for the second bed. I had to request it then i got a dirty one. I had to go back to the reception to have a new clean one.

I recently had the worst experience ever at the Courtyard Marriott Paris Saint Denis. I strongly advise against booking here. I encountered the most unprofessional front desk agent, Nagy. At 10:30 PM, I requested two toothbrushes, water, and slippers through the Bonvoy app. I followed up at 11:30 PM and was told water was available but not slippers, which I accepted. Despite further follow-ups at 12:00 AM and 12:45 AM, I received no response. Being pregnant and extremely thirsty, I eventually had to order water through UberEats, which arrived at 1:15 AM, forcing me to go down to the lobby. There, I met Nagy, who turned out to be the one handling my chat requests. When I suggested he should inform guests if their requests can't be met, he raised his voice and stated I had only paid 150 euros and that water was not included. When I pointed out he had confirmed water was available but not slippers, he calmed down briefly before raising his voice again, insinuating that the service should match the payment. Despite staying at many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I’ve experienced such terrible service. It’s not about how much you pay but the commitment to service that was promised. Nagy is completely unfit for his position. Avoid HIM at all costs.

The hotel was fine but I was charged twice for my 14 day stay. Courtyard St. Denis has not refunded my money in six months - legal action now!

In a pinch, we had to rearrange our plans and needed to stay an extra night in Paris, but we had no reservation anywhere. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy points member, this courtyard by Marriott hotel is only 15,000 points per night. It was really worth it. All we needed was Q a clean room and a place to sleep overnight and this definitely filled that need. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from a metro station so that is also very convenient. It is basic, and what appears to be in mostly a business and somewhat residential area.

Third time i stayed at this hotel. Each time it gets worse. I stay because of convenience but will no longer put up with it. An empty hotel with an employee advising that i need to wait 15 minutes to get a simple drink from the bar whilst they sit in the office dojng nothing is crazy. By the way i am staying 100+ nights per year in marriott hotels.

No recognition of bonvoy status. No replies to any messages through the bonvoy app. No points applied after stay. Room not cleaned. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. The cleaner came in to leave towels but left everything else as was - after asking to clean the room. There’s not much I can say about the hotel only that it’s terrible. Don’t stay here. They are so unhelpful and rude. We must have made ten requests at different points throughout our stay and everything was ignored.

This stay was terrible, from the lack of any good food, no room service, no currency exchange, raw bacon and cold breakfast (eggs/potatoes), phone didn’t work in room, the gym was awful, bar/food closed early, and nothing is close for decent food since you are left starving. The staff made up for it the best they could, but never again will I stay there. Can’t believe this is a Marriott.
