Hotelf1 Paris Saint-Denis Université Reviews

This was a first for me, and I genuinely advise against this hotel. The shared showers and toilets were unkempt and very dirty. I stayed for 5 days and not once were my sheets changed; I had to fight to get new ones the day before I left. The room wasn't cleaned. The fire alarm system in the room didn't work because I brought a steamer, and it didn't trigger. The staff isn't very accommodating. It's very poorly soundproofed and noisy. Run away!

The room is quite clean and have a sink inside. However the numbers of shared toilets and bathrooms is a bit few and you may need to queue sometimes.

Budget hotel, nice and clean. Not bad for a couple of nights

The hotel is very budget. We stayed there only because there was a bus to the airport from Saint Denis station early in the morning. We walked to the hotel at 22:30 from the Saint Denis metro station to the hotel and early in the morning at 4:00 back, we got there well, nothing to worry about. The downside is that under the sheets the mattress is in a leather cover, so it is very hot and you sweat, we were there in the summer. The room smells like sewage. The toilets were very clean. The staff is friendly. I recommend staying if you just need to get up early in the morning for a bus or if you really want to save money and the conditions are not important to you.

Towels were extra, there were unpleasant people smoking outside, the room was small for 3 people and the bathroom was in the hallway, although the location was close to the tram and several cafes and places to shop and eat

Cleanliness and odors need to be reviewed, there's an infection in the stairs and in the bedroom. There's noise outside, and people aren't respecting the peace and quiet. Avoid.

I stayed two days, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day. The welcome was unbecoming of such an establishment, with rude reception staff.

The smell at reception was really bad. Arriving in the room, it was really cold. The bed was quite small for someone who's 6'2"😮💨

A room without a toilet is really not practical.
