Friendly staff that were able to accommodate our needs. The beds were great, air conditioning worked really well, and the place was incredibly clean. Standout for us was the friendly staff including the reception and the custodial team."

"On arrival lift not working - 2 floors up to reception. No staff on arrival at 1730. Keys labelled and left at reception as advised by WhatsApp. Could not connect to WiFi. No staff available to advise. TV volume not working on HDMI connection. Attempted to phone someone on room phone but also not working. Contacted someone using mobile. Said they would be there in 20 mins. 90 mins later no show. Don't know after as went out. Went for €11 breakfast at 0900. No eggs, meats, orange juice or non-prepacked cheeses. 1 roll and 1 pan de Chocolat. No staff in attendance to replenish. A receptionist eventually appeared at 0945 with orange juice after we had finished. On leaving told lift was working. Unbeknownst engineer was working on it and I member of party got stuck in it. Hotel location excellent for city centre."
