However, the shower gel in the room was already empty upon arrival, and housekeeping didn't replace it, which is something they should pay attention to. Front desk service was standard. There is currently road work directly in front of the hotel, meaning you have to walk a bit further to reach the station.

The location is near the Brussels- Midi train station. Very convenient and walkable distance. The hotel is a typical 4 star standard hotel. So you don't need to worry about their service. The room is clean and quite big in general. Breakfast buffet has enough variety but to be honest with the price of 23 euro is a bit high. The jacuzzi is well-known but I didn't have time to try it out. There's a gym room in the hotel. Hotel service person is friendly. You can store luggage safely in this hotel. They have a big storage room and double check properly the tags when you redeem your luggage. So that you won't be worrying about someone taking your luggage .

Located close to Brussels Midi. Convenient if you need train connection from Brussels Midi. Hotel itself and amentities are a bit old, but rooms were very clean.

This was my first business trip to Europe where I had such a spacious room. The hotel is very close to Brussels-South station, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the hash browns were excellent!👍

Hi and my friend have a lovely stay here, the breakfast was a 10/10 for me, because for someone like me on a weight loss journey and having calorie deficit breakfast was my highlight and taken that detox water before my breakfast was everything for me. We had a nice relaxing morning in the Sunna and bubble bath. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. And it was easy for us to move around because is close to the train station.

When we check in, the room is not totally cleaned yet, there are still some leftover food in the fridge from the previous customer. There are also some dirt marks on the bed linens. The water temperature for bathing fluctuates a lot, a second as hot as boiling and the other second as cold as freezing. The location is averag as well, road construction in front of the building, seems like close to the station in the map, but not in reality.

The location is perfect as it is close to Metro, train station. While we were staying the road was having constructions so it was not easy to walk, and noisy sometimes. But overall it was quite pleasant. We used the Wellness centre for free, but do remember to ask for a towel at reception.

I really enjoyed the room's facilities and decor, but the assistance wasn't top-notch. Especially for transit passengers, you'll struggle with your luggage if you're alone. However, everything else was still great. The room service during the stay also wasn't perfect, even though the rooms were very clean upon my arrival.
