Buen hotel, nuevo , limpio , habitación y baño cómodos
Situado en las afueras de Rennes pero ideal para visitar los alrededores, y con coche a 5 m del centro

This is a budget hotel, but the rooms are bright, clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, joking with our teenagers. There is plenty of choice at breakfast all fresh. Pet friendly so we were able to take our small dog along . All in all a very pleasant experience.

Good location, easy to find. Friendly staff explained to us how to get the metro into centre ville. Clean and comfortable rooms (although could do with extra pillows!) Free parking. Highly recommended.

Proximity to Metro was good...NO amenities...NO ventilation...staff unresponsive to request for maintenance...street noise...

= Staff friendly enough
- A/C was not working any of the rooms (other guests had the same problem). Temperature in room was probably around 85F / 26C, even though outside it was less than 70F / 20C. Staff advised me to open windows, which cannot be opened by design. Reception area was cool and nice, so there was A/C. Just not in the rooms for some reason. That made staying in the room very uncomfortable. I had to prop open my front door with a soda can to keep it open and try to get some of the corridor air (which was cool) to get inside the room.
