An older property but it has charm and lovely staff. We loved our sea view from the small balcony.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Be Air. The staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the charm of a unique place. The room was clean and spacious. The seaside view was remarkable from our balcony. We will stay again!

1.-The AC doesn't exist and no air circulation so it was extremely uncomfortable being at the Hotel anytime since it was too hot
2.- The Little window located in the bathroom must to keep open in order to get any fresh air in the room,it constituye a peril since couples time you can hit your head with the little window door due is located right up the toilet.
3.- The door glas located at the shower is a peril since there is not handle to support a person trying to get out of the shower.
4.- The Manager ( guy with glasses) didn't explain clear the condition for breakfast service to the room,when I tried to get food for my wife,this guy without any kindness, address the issue without kindness.
5.- There is a staff old woman ( wearing a glasses among with the young guy wearing a glasses,they both should be he more Friendly and kind with customers.
6.- The rest of staff ( guy with long hair,Paula, young lady with glasses in the kitchen area)are amazing, extremely friendly and kindness, always willing to help and worry about how we were feeling, especially the guy with long hair and the young lady at the restaurant who manages the breakfast process,she is amazing.
6.- The location is amazing, restaurants,beach,bars and the whole downtown area is beautiful and romantic. I definitely will come back to Saint Jean de Luz,but this hotel needs a AC , and these two persons ( the manager and old lady with glasses)removed and get customer service training .

Séjour enchanteur ! Trois jours fin septembre sous une température de 30°. Notre chambre avec un petit balcon donnait sur l'océan, on a très bien dormi avec le bruit des vagues en fond sonore. Seule fausse note pour le parking. Nous avons du payer 2 nuits pour le garage fermé. Nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture pendant notre séjour car les places de parking sont pratiquement inexistantes autour de l'hôtel.

Établissement loin des grandes chaînes hôtelières. Ici l'accueil est familial. La patronne et le personnel sont très serviables Hôtel un peu vieillot, mais très propre. Chambre et sdb petites (n°7). Balcon avec vue latérale mer, partagé avec la chambre (n° 6) d'à côté et séparé par une petite balustrade (ceux sont les 2 balcons les plus grands de l'hôtel). . Points positifs : bonne situation en front de mer et proche du centre-ville, parking gratuit dans la cour (limité à 8 places) mais emplacements très étroits. . Points négatifs : pas de clim, annulation possible 21j avant (ce qui est un vrai frein), moquette dans la chambre

En route pour l’Espagne on s’arrêter pour 1 nuit, on est finalement rester 2 nuit, parfaite endroit !! Literie très bien, emplacement super, pas trop de bruit des vagues !!

Vieil hotel familial, avec une situation unique. Les chambres sont très propres Par contre à ce prix là plus de 200 €, on vous met un tout petit flacon de gel douche et une petite savonnette, et quand vous en demandez plus, la patronne est très étonnée. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, le wifi est très contrôlé. Une vieille armoire rouillée dans la salle de bains Fuyez le petit déjeuner, d'une pauvreté affligeante, et surtout de vieilles céréales, dans le bocal depuis....?

Hotel familial à l ancienne avec bon accueil et service aux clients. Très bien placé face à l océan et proche centre ville, commerces et restaurants. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse ou en chambre ou en salle. Nois avons passé un bon séjour. Je recommande.

Un excellent emplacement sur le front de mer, bercés par le bruit des vagues. La possibilité de garer sa voiture (il y a quelques places). Excellente literie, propreté parfaite, vue magnifique et gentillesse à toute épreuve du personnel, à tous les niveaux. Nous y retournons tous les ans avec le même plaisir et l'impression très agréable de revenir à la maison !
