Our property is a small two-bedroom, downstairs apartment that includes a living room, kitchen, and full bath. The house isn't fancy, but it has what you'll need to live comfortably for a month or more when traveling for work or pleasure. In the fenced backyard, you'll have use of a gas grill and table for six. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood five blocks from downtown and a ten-minute walk to the beach. Great place to stay. Comfortable and fully equipped. We spent more than two months during a harsh winter and didn’t have any issues with the heating. The upstairs tenant was always very helpful. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Even though the property is older, it’s an excellent place to stay!

Fit our needs perfectly This house is older and showing some signs of age. The house is warm (we were there in January) and everything worked. It was spotlessly clean. It fit our needs perfectly as a second home while we worked in St. Joseph. Value for cost is excellent. Would absolutely stay there again if opportunity arises.

Everything you need in the heart of St Joe You wont find a better deal! This house is not fancy, but super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing and we rode our bikes to the beach and town while we stayed and worked for 2 months. And had plenty of barbecues in the very ample back garden. Terri is great to work with and super flexible. Highly recommended.
