Nice position, 10 mins walking to restaurants, not bad, in the middle of single houses. Reception was closed when I arrived, I called and the clerk came right away, gave me key and was in room.

The Kimberley Hotel was really good. Staff were very accommodating considering I had booked for 5 people and trip.com allowed us to book a four bed room for 5 people (i had assumed it included a roll out bed) Was very annoyed when we arrived as very tired after a long drive, however the staff at The Kimberley Gardens Hotel were very accomodating and upgraded us to an adjoining room at no extra cost. Would not book with trip.com again, but would definitely stay at Kimberley Gardens again.

Good value. I enjoyed the in room dining and the bar and restaurant on roof top. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Good location and quiet area, parking area may need some reviewing though.

Quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in.

The service is friendly, but it is quite old. The hotel is under expansion, so the outside is dirty.

Great stay experience! The room has a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. The water pressure in the bathroom is great, bathing is very comfortable, and the water drains quickly. The room was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The hygiene of the room was acceptable, and staff came to take out the trash every day, but the sheets were not changed even after we stayed for four days. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good and there is free parking outside the door👍🏻

There are many parking spaces, and it takes 15 minutes to walk from the tram station. It takes 40 minutes to get to the city. The sanitation and environment of the facilities are relatively new. You can cook your own food.

Homey, clean, comfortable. Certainly not fancy, but plenty of space, great mattress (not a small issue) and well-equipped kitchen in apartment rental, at modest price.

My wife and I had an overnight stopover near the venue we attended for a catch up with friends in Melbourne. Everything was as it should be so no complaints from us.

We were in a refurbished 1BR apartment. Even had a corner spa in the bathroom. It was very good. The only vague issue I found is the mattress was very firm (as hotels are wont to do), so a pillow-top mattress or adding a mattress topper would be the next step to improve guest comfort.

Always good when we stay here, rooms are clean, beds are comfy and my son just loves the pool, nice and quiet too

Very central location. Comfortable peaceful place. Bed was comfy but a bit hot for my standards. I was allowed a late checkout which was helpful. It’s a bit pricey though. Gone up over the years.
