Apartamentos en la montaña Llevamos yendo a este alojamiento desde hace tres años. Nos gusta mucho por su ubicación y comodidad. Además de que los apartamentos para una familia de cinco están más que bien. Sí que pediríamos un poco más de cuidado en la limpieza. Pero por lo demás, estupendo, el trato muy bueno y cualquier problema te lo resuelven.

I wanted to send you a message to warmly thank you for the excellent stay I had at your residence during my recent trip to the Pyrenees. Everything was perfect: the residence was spotlessly clean, and your staff was attentive, available, and above all, very friendly. Their kindness and professionalism greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable. A big thank you to the management and the receptionist.

Emplacement exceptionnel et confortable Emplacement exceptionnel, dans le village à côté du téléphérique ou des oeufs, des thermes. Appartement confortable, même si la deco devient un peu vieillotte.

Superb residence just a stone's throw from the thermal baths and located in the town centre, very quiet and well maintained, swimming pool and balcony with a view for some of the torrent and the mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price, we will come back

My husband being on a long trip, we booked from September 23 to 27, 2024 via Booking, for a total amount of €260 payable midweek. However, in the evening we had a direct debit of €250, followed by a call from the establishment telling us that there had been an internet glitch and that this direct debit would be followed by a new direct debit on Thursday of €200. That is a total of €550 for the week instead of the €260 planned by Booking!!!! This contact then told us that it was that or nothing, that if we were not happy we would cancel and that is what she did. As a result, my partner found himself with a place to sleep!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I think that this establishment favored a rental over another customer who did not go through Booking and who necessarily paid the full price for this rental. In summary, after having reserved and having a Booking reservation number and a confirmation, Pierre et Vacance clearly excluded us, the little people, to the detriment of a reservation that was more interesting for their margin!!! I am outraged by this disgusting behavior or is it just profit, profit, profit!!!! I am going to inform Booking right away. It is disgusting

We took an accommodation for 5 to have a room, but there are 3 of us. Pleasant to live in, clean, very functional, cupboards (entrance, bedroom, small corridor). Certainly the decor is a little outdated but it gives a vintage side that is not unpleasant. We had a view of the mountain with a large wooden terrace. The only downside is the people who move around with ski boots despite the instructions. Very pleasant reception staff. The big advantage is that everything can be done on foot (shops, restaurants, entertainment, cable car and gondola). We will definitely come back!

Very well located residence. 2 steps from the city center, the cable cars, next to Sensoria Rio... we had an apartment on the parking side without noise pollution. The residence overlooks the river and it is very pleasant. Decent apartment. Good bedding. Free parking, but the pool is not very big. We had an excellent stay in Saint Lary. We will come back with pleasure.

Deux séjours réussis aux Rives d'Aure de Pierre & Vacances ! Je suis toujours satisfaite de l'accueil bienveillant du personnel, de la propreté des chambres et du travail des équipes. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la télécabine et du téléphérique. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix que je recommande les yeux fermés.
