Family stay in St Louis We booked this place due to the location to city Museum. While it was convenient to be able to walk, it is not in a very good neighborhood. The building has a very strong smoke smell, and all of our clothes need to be washed after staying for a couple of days. While the condo was very clean, we did not have use of Wi-Fi. I alerted the property manager that the Wi-Fi provided was not adequate to stream on any of their TVs, nor were any of the TVs connected to the network. We also had to search for the Wi-Fi network because it was not coming up as an option to choose. There were exactly 4 towels, one hand towel, and a few washcloths. Dish soap was soap was provided but we were only given one pod detergent for the dishwasher and no detergent for the laundry. We also were not able to find the dumpster in order to remove our trash from the condo. I would caution that there is a lot of construction in the area as well. Each morning started between 6 and 7 AM with construction noises directly outside of the windows of the bedrooms. While I know that this is not in the control of the property owner/manager it is something to take into consideration, if choosing this location. There were no instructions about checkout and we had to message several times to get any direction or information. The property manager was responsive but there was a lag in response time.

Weekend getaway Great location that had everything within walking distance. The host gave very clear instructions to get into the building, so that was helpful. Ceiling fans had dust on them and need to clean under the bed but otherwise it was very clean. Recommend Blondie’s for coffee and breakfast.

10/10 Stoped here on the way to Branson as it is close to City Museum. Plenty of room for the family, pool was great and gated/secure parking. Tenants in the building were friendly, polite and helpful. Worked out well for us. Could use blackout curtains in the bedroom as the city lights were quite bright.
