They claimed I smoked in my room which as many times as I stayed there this one time I smoked in my room no I don’t think so and they kept my deposit. They where very rude , there was no dishes in either room I stayed in . The couches were nasty with stains. And at breakfast there is a guy who works in the kitchen who hovers over you while you’re making your breakfast telling you how much to get how do you know it’s just one person in a persons room could have kids he doesn’t know they shouldn’t allow him to do that!

Basic staff welcome. Spacious room perfect for our needs and decently maintained. The bathrooms were a little more shabby but acceptable. Overall the location is good with ample parking, being close to very busy roads however a little noise can be heard.

Breakfast selection was good. We had a spot on floor in living room that was soaked from a condensation leak. Maintenance installed a huge industrial fan for drying so we weren't able to use the living room area

$460 for 2 nights of stay is a total rip off for this hotel. While, I understand that the hotel seems absolutely booked and full of families, it was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the amount of guests that were there. All of the staff were not pleasant to work with, and unable to handle the amount and type of work. They were all rude and unwilling to help. Our keys never worked- we had to get them reprogrammed 10 times during our stay. We had a suite with a pull out couch for our family of 4: they did not have enough pillows or blankets for the pull out. We asked for additional pillows 5 times, and did not get the extra pillow until the night of our 2nd stay. Breakfast was fine- but again, the hotel could not handle the amount of people that were in the hotel, and could not refill the food fast enough. Breakfast staff yelled at my children for having slippers and not shoes on: I get proper footwear should have been worn, but that does not mean you are allowed to yell and scold my children: you talk to the parent. $28/night parking is a ripoff: Parking was not secure or private. Pool area was littered with trash (tons of chicken wing bones): I wish hotel guests were more considerate, but I also wish staff checked on the pool area. Is the hotel "fine"- yes. But I won't re-book considering the cost-to-service ratio is lacking.

I was unhappy about the oder in the room. And the bottom of my feet were pretty black after walking on the floor, which I didn't do for that long without shoes or socks, so that says a lot about the dirty carpet and kitchen area floor. I think it's terrible to have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot that your already paying a pretty penny to stay the night there. 20$ a night, I think that sucks.

The full kitchen was an added plus. The staff was helpful. The parking was good for the price .

Poor quality and not clean. No up keep on the Property. Dirty pull out couch, so much that I wouldn’t put my kid on it. Bathroom door would not close.
