The stay was not too bad. Staff was friendly and the hotel seemed pretty clean. However, you have to pay for parking at $35/night.

Had Executive Lounge access with the room, but was disappointed that the advertised evening happy hour appetizers and late night bites were not put out while we were there. Breakfast the next morning was out, and it was excellent.

Stayed one night at property while attending a hockey game. Location was very convenient and appeared to be safe. Very nice clean rooms which were quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient, especially the hotel restaurant staff. Beautiful property which I would gladly stay in again.

Check in was easy and fast. We had valet parking which I highly recommend. It is very busy at union station. Our room was very clean and roomy. The atmosphere here is just amazing and the light show was unbelievable. We will definitely be staying again

We got there before 8 pm and didn't get our room until after 10 pm and we found a pair of dirty socks in our bed. I told the front desk and they laughed and said it sounds like Santa left a present. I will never stay again. It could be such a cool place. I hope they reorganize and fix their issues.

The hotel location is great, but when we went to check in at 4:30pm they said it would be hours before I had a room if I didn’t take a one bed instead of two beds like I reserved. It’s easy to get lost in this hotel. They need better wall maps.

The location and hotel were fantastic. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Disappointed in the bathroom though. Not at all what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. The toilet ran nonstop if you didn’t flush correctly. Door had rusty hinges. Walls and trashcan needed wiped down. Floor edges were dusty/unclean. It definitely needed someone to just slow down and give it a thorough cleaning/maintenance.
Hopefully this was a unique issue with this room as everything else was very nice.

The staff were very accommodating helpful and polite. The executive lounge breakfast was amazing. We got turned around lookong for the polar express ans the staff helped us to get tbe correct place. The bedroom was spacious and pretty. We where in a feont facing room and had a good view. Beautifully dedorated for the holidays.
