We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

Staff went above and beyond! They made our staff comfortable and stress free! We traveled with our dog and everyone was so welcoming and genuinely happy to see him!

Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again.

Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information. Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping. A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute.

It was completely unacceptable that a wedding closed down the main hall. Something that all guests pay for only to have it shut off from access.

The property was beautiful & our room was spacious & nice! We loved being connected to food options & enjoyed sitting by the lake in the evenings, never having to “leave” at nighttime!
