No cleaning of the room. No new coffee. When you ask for cleaning the room : no new toilet paper. No new paper handkerchief. No cleaning of the floor and the tables. It’s not professional
I asked for a kettle : no only one kettle in the hotel. The electronic key didn’t work.
This hotel is ok but not a the right level of service.

價格與速8差不多但相比住過的速8好多了，最好不要選住靠高速公路一邊的房間，晚上很吵。
這家酒店已經不再是假日酒店的連鎖酒店了

The staff are all absolutely phenomenal - friendly and ready to help. The property is clean, no bugs, quiet, all around a great stay.

Only one of the elevators worked and the one that did barely ever worked , I had to take the stairs multiple times due to elevator not working. There is also no fan in the bathrooms. Elevator also always smelled like urine.
