Very pleasant hotel staff. When the refrigerator in the room didn't work, someone took care of it immediately. Location in the city is also good.

Our room had not been vacuumed. Used ketchup packet and ear plugs on the floor. Property is obviously not being maintained well. The included breakfast was not a value from my perspective. It’s unlikely hat I stay at this hotel in the future.

This hotel was very disappointing. They left us 1 towel for a family of 5. They also didn't have any towels in the pool area. The front desk was contacted and nothing was done for hours. Our room was also not ready for us until 1.5 hours past our check in time.

The room was great, the staff was friendly, the made-to- order omelets in the morning were a treat. The breakfast was a lot better than most hotels. The area can be a bit sketchy and not much is open past 9 pm for dinner.

Hotel staff was very nice when we arrived and held our bags for us while we attended our event. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. We will be staying again.

The noise from the hallways and the outside was terrible. Very difficult to sleep and then they screwed up and put our reservation under a different name so it didn’t match our car and caused all kinds of trouble when we tried to leave.
