The hotel gets 10/10 for location and a nice reception or lobby area, apart from that everything else is 5/10. Average breakfast, old rooms in need of renovation, broken lifts, never ending maintenance work and ladders in the passage way....

Super fast and easy check in process. Some rips and a small stain on the sheets and no view. But close to The Arch and restaurants.

Hygiene: Very poor. The waiter didn't clean the room for two nights. The woman at the front desk had eyes that were as big as her head. The pillowcases in the room were torn. I spent more than 2,000 a night on such bedding. I bought breakfast for 3 people on Ctrip, but the hotel deducted 2 more days of breakfast. I was speechless.

This hotel had a very elegant modern vibe while encapsulating the big city bustle, it was very convenient to the stadiums, the arch and the river. The only downfall which is not their fault is the dilapidated hotel right across the street, definitely an eyesore but hopefully the city will have an amazing opportunity to revitalize that area! But back to this idea hotel, it was very clean and comfortable!
