Tru by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

I didn't like the fact that if you wanted parking you can either pay meter 2 dollars an hour from 8 in morning till 7 at night or you could do valet parking and that cost 55 plus tax a night. The price of hotel was cheaper then the parking. The gps going through the app they didn't give me alternative route when the street the hotel is on is blocked off due to construction. They did a housecleaning but forgot to leave towels so when I called from 9th floor they told me I had to come get them. The room was clean bed was comfortable they just need to tweek a few things

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was meh, but sufficient to start the day.

We loved our stay here! Will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. It was a great price, too!!

Our two night stay was excellent. The room was extremely quiet and clean. The hotel was the old Shell petrolleum headquarters back in the day so the building has cool architecture. The air conditioner is central heat/cooling and not the typical window units that always seem to rattle. Our windows were curved glass and provided a stunning view of the 1868 church outside our window. We walked to Busch stadium for a game, 15 minute walk. There were some homeless people around the area but we were not bothered. We were able to park across the street and paid $2 per hour (2 hours max at a time) and just renewed it when the two hours ran out. The time only runs from 8am to 7pm and sunday's are free. We would differently start there again.

Breakfast was good, room was clean. Barn door to bathroom not installed properly, Commode was running, one shade was broke. Elevators were very dirty. Staff was friendly and parking was at a premium bit valet personal were extremely helpful and polite.
